Relaxation
I completed the Jorney On Relexation and meditation exercise. This, too, was a first time experience. I enjoyed it immensely because it occurred at a time when I really needed to relax. I had spent endless time trying to get a blog set up and complete course assignments along with all my many personal responsibilities. This exercisr allowed me time to slow down, relax and focus on me. I had time to breath, to inhale and exhale, andit allowed me to walk away from a challenge that was frustrating me at the time. But, the real outcome was it reminded that things and situations can take toll and overwhelm us in life, we must take time to assess where we are and how to handle the rigors of life. Some times we must just stop, inhale and slowly exhale and allow a moment of relaxation to refocus and redirect us. In other words, I needed this exercise and will try to implement more meditation and relaxation into my life. What do you think? Did anyone else experience relief and total relaxation?

I found that the Journey on Relaxation exercise was quite relaxing, especially after having not done any relaxation techniques for over a week! One thing that was interesting was that it was a meditative exercise that was similar to something I normally do, however I usualy to more traditional meditation where there are no sounds or distractions around, and focusing on the voice was a bit harder for me to do, but none the less I was still able to get through it and felt quite relieved and relaxed afterwards!
